I have to obsessions in my life right now!
That's right 2, well it's probably more than 2
but at the moment I'm absolutely obsessed with
Drop Dead Diva-
(have you seen it!?!)
I'm loving it. I remember I watched
like the first couple of shows but
never had the time to stay on top of it
But, thanks to wonderful netflix I'm
able to watch all the shows from the
beginning. YA! and well I'm loving it.
I'm on season 2 and trying to catch up
as fast as possible.
I like the show so much because
of the fact that it's based on a full figured
woman trying to make a name for herself.
Yes, if you watch the show she was once a
skinny blonde. But, really aren't those girls
who are full figured "skinny blondes" hiding (not really
hiding, but excepting they have curves working
it to their advantage, not letting people
bring them down because their not skinny)in
their body!?! I feel I can say this because I
am a full figured girl/woman. I have curves, but
unlike Jane I have yet to except it.
Anyways, I love that she's ok with it and
she works it. Ha ha
Anyways, if you haven't seen the show
you need to.
and then there's....
Awkward-
I fell in love with this show from the
beginning. I feel like I connect with Jenna on
a certain level. That was me the none
popular girl who dated some what popular
guys never fully fitting in. I was a mess growing
up and not afraid to admit it. I just feel
like I connect with the character and her
corky ways, her crazy family,
her out there friends, and of course
everyone needs a little teeny bopper show
in their lives. Well, this one is it.
Yup, those are my obsessions, to very different
shows but oh well. I enjoy them. I guess
Drop Dead Diva is for the woman
in me,while awkward is more for the girl in
me. I feel like I still haven't reached
that line of girl to woman. Ha, maybe I never
will. Who knows???
Anyways. if you haven't seen these shows
I recommended watching them. They
are very addicting.
